  Don't work at ichiban unless you drive, they kick you out at night with noway to get back. They shouldn't book people to work for a 12 hour shift, and finish after 4 hours, and wait 8 hours to get a lift home. Work is very boring and in horrible conditions, also hard work. I wanted to go toilet, but had to wait 50 minutes as had to wait for other people to go first. Also they don't give you wellies you have to wear smelly ones everyone uses. And just to let you no weekend bonus is a extra £10 after 3 months completion.
